No more searching for your COVID Certificate—introducing the COVID Pass, a quick and seamless solution to store your European COVID Certificate directly in your Apple Wallet.
As the initiator of this project, I teamed up with Philipp Trenz (Developer) to design and code this non-profit solution in just two weeks. Our mission was to create an accessible, user-friendly tool to simplify everyday life during the pandemic.
The project gained significant media attention, resonating with users across Europe. It enabled thousands of people to manage their COVID Certificates effortlessly while keeping their data secure. Setting up your pass is simple: just scan your certificate on our website and download it to your Apple Wallet. Your data remains securely stored on your phone, ensuring your privacy.
By March 2022, we had created over 230,000 passes, proving the power of digital innovation for the public good.
